Coffee Project

Wil Tower Mall, E. Lopez Drive, Diliman, Quezon City

I've been wanting to visit this place ever since I've learned about it, and I finally crossed it off my list! This coffee shop is located at an unusual mall in Quezon City, as it is a huge home depot mall. This is a plus for those who are planning to bring a car, since parking is not a problem.

When you enter the shop, the first thing you'll notice are the flower displays, from the chandeliers, to the shelves. The wooden furnitures cancel out the extravagance of the flowers and other decors. This kind of makes the customers avoid daydreaming too much and remember that they're still in a coffee place. Lol!

I enjoyed walking around to take photos of the place, and it wasn't awkward at all, since most of the people in there are doing the same thing. No need to be shy!

Now, the munchies. The food was okay. Nothing special, really. But then again, I didn't expect too much anyway since I went here just for the ambiance and for taking photos.

The Counter

The prices of the pastries in the display case are reasonable, well, compared to other well-known cafes.

Matcha Latte (P180)

The matcha latte was good and served in a not-so-small cup. I loved this one, although I think that it had more milk than it should. It also come with a small cookie, which was also good. It was not too sweet and not too tough to chew.

Pork And Chicken Adobo (P295)

The pork and chicken adobo was so-so. It can pass as a decent meal, considering that the serving was big and it was served with a cup of garlic rice and two perfectly cooked eggs. However, I found this dish a bit salty.

Aglio Olio (P195)

The aglio olio was my boyfriend's order. It was okay, although me and my boyfriend agreed that this was a bit bland and lacked flavor. It wasn't all that bad, but it wasn't good either. Serving was a little less compared to their adobo.

Overall, we got what we went here for: the ambiance. The food was just a side-agenda. All the corners of this restaurant are totally instagram-worthy. It felt so amazing to be in such a wonderful place. I do not regret coming to this place. It was worth my time.

My score:
Pricing – 4/5
Service – 5/5
Ambiance – 5/5
