People who know me would never think about finding me loitering around any bar in Poblacion, especially at night. I am not the type of person who enjoys bars because of how crowded and wild the place could get. But fate led me to brave traffic on a weeknight to give me an experience I will never forget.

I was supposed to visit Tsuta Ramen in BGC in mid-December, but because of a conflict in my schedule, I was forced to try it much later.

Nikkei is a Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant that’s been making a name in Manila. The restaurant’s initial plan was to serve Peruvian cuisine, but in order to meet the Filipinos’ fondness of Asian cuisines, what better way to intrigue the market than to offer a fusion of both familiar and new flavors? Currently having 3 branches, head chef Juan Barcos credits the restaurant’s success to using only the freshest products and delivering quality food consistently to customers.

Quezon City is one of the largest cities (if not the largest) in Metro Manila in terms of population and land area. It is also an ultimate foodie destination given the wide range of restaurants and cuisines one can discover here.

I am a fan of Korean barbeque. Many may hate me for declaring this since I sort of eat it the wrong way, that is, without the sauces and the kimchi. I like it plain. Just my samgyupsal or woo samgyup with a bowl of plain rice.

Being a foodie is fun, but most of the time it is also very tiring and stressful. People usually know what they want when they want it. In my case, I crave for so much that I often find myself getting frustrated about not knowing where I want to eat. (Am I the only one???)

Do you guys also watch the series Two Broke Girls? I started my series marathon late in 2017, and I never stopped craving for beautifully frosted cupcakes since. Am I the only one who craves for cupcakes because of this show?!
