Ebi10 has 2 locations across Metro Manila, and they offer sumptuous Japanese dishes like makis and chahan rice, but the most notable of all is their tempura basket. I haven't actually heard of Ebi10 prior to my visit at Courtyard 453, so I was really excited to get a taste of their offerings. Their #ControlYourTempura signage didn't help, and even added to this excitement!

Gyozas are my go-to appetizers when I can't decide on what to get from a Japanese restaurant. I usually end up either hating or loving them, and it was the latter for Ebi10's!

Ebi10 is all about tempura, but their small shrimp tempura didn't really impress me. Perhaps I just love large-sized shrimps more than small ones. I should probably give this another shot.

Last but not least, Ebi10 has delicious chahan offers that are perfect for sharing! I can't decide which one of these I liked more, but what I'm sure of is that I liked them both.
I know I'm supposed to love their tempura, but I can't say that it was my favorite since I loved everything we had. Everything was seriously worth a try! So when you get hungry, always remember to #ControlYourTempura!
