The Red Bus Diner
G/F Verazza Hotel, Tagaytay-Calamba Road, Tagaytay City

We were on the second to the last stop of our Bonifacio Day foodcrawl in Tagaytay when we saw this place, which is just beside Dreamland Arts & Crafts Cafe (part of our itinerary). And, knowing that we wanted to score as much restaurants as we possibly can, we didn't back down and tried Red Bus as well.
The place was empty, and as we walked down the car we were welcomed by the diner's staffs.
We ordered their best seller: The Red Hogg Bacon Deluxe.
Red Hogg Bacon Deluxe P200

•Angus Beef Aussie Patty•Smoked Bacon•Caramelized Onions•Cheddar Cheese•Lettuce•Tomato•

THIS IS A BUGER! Their patty was no joke. It's got the right size, thickness, flavor and juiciness. All the other ingredients in the stack were reasonably sized so you'll get the taste of all of it combined. The sauce they used in the burger tasted somewhat Mexican and it was delicious. To top it all off, the dish also came with some potato chips on the side. It was worth the not-so-expensive price. A serving of this can give me a happy tummy from lunch 'til dinner.

The place isn't fancy. There was just a red Volkswagen on the parking area and behind it was a small, roofed area with a few chairs and tables.
Red Bus is a place where you can just sit down and have a long talk with your friends and appreciate the Tagaytay breeze.

My score:
Pricing – 4/5
Service – 4/5
 Ambiance – 3/5
Taste – 4/5
